We're looking for an IT/Help Desk Specialist who will provide information technology support service and help desk assistants to our internal organization. As a member of the Helpdesk team, the IT/Helpdesk Support Specialist is responsible for assuming ownership of issues and ensuring the effective tracking of issues from initial report to final resolution - regardless of the cause, systems affected, or internal escalation functions. Because Helpdesk support spans a broad range of issues from software applications, reporting, document management, web applications to data and telecom networking and server and database issues, the Helpdesk Support Specialist must demonstrate an aptitude for staying abreast all technologies in use within the organization. Responsibilities include:
* Plan, implement, and configure web analytics solutions that match the client's needs to include: SEO, Reporting, Analytics Tracking, Multivariate Testing, Offline and Online Data Integration
* Analyze data to evaluate and optimize site performance
* Work with clients to define business goals, KPIs, and reporting requirements
* Become the client support resource for issues or questions regarding their web analytics solutions
* Become an expert in Visual Sciences HBX, Omniture SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics and other web analytics solutions
* Share research findings and best practices with team and company including customer insight, benchmarking, and industry updates
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree and a technical background
* Experience working with web analytics solutions such as: Visual Sciences HBX, Omniture SiteCatalyst and Google Analytics
* Strong analytical background
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Skills that are applicable to the position, however, are not definite requirements:
* Flash ActionScript and additional programming skills a plus

This is a client facing position that requires some travel (up to 20%), and a good deal of flexibility.
