Creative Marketing Insights at Comic-Con 2011
Each year, thousands of pop culture enthusiasts, celebrities, artists, vendors and of course, nerds, flock to San Diego for Comic-Con International. This year isn't any different. Comic-Con is traditionally a four-day event (Thursday through Sunday) not including a four-hour preview night on Wednesday that is open to professionals, exhibitors, and some guests pre-registered for all four days.
The event is not just limited to comic books, but also showcases the latest in all forms of entertainment. There are panels, movie screenings, workshops, autograph signings, a costume ball, and hundreds of booths to view and/or shop at. It is a perfect way to see the creative marketing ideas companies come up with.
This year, Comic-Con is being held July 21st - 24th at the San Diego Convention Center. Digitaria's headquarters are located in East Village, just a few blocks from the main event. It is going to be an exciting four days!
