Design

  • Digital Art Director
    San Diego

    We create Beautiful Logic. We’re looking for someone that has the desire and passion for big thinking and even bigger design challenges. You’ll be working on some of the largest and innovative media projects online. The AD will be responsible for brainstorming creative concepts with the project team, developing original design concepts, executing designs based on established style guides, leading visual design presentations to clients, and developing design specs for production.

    Digital Art Directors are versatile and multi-faceted. An understanding of web technologies and grasp of the latest tools. The AD’s job is to create great interaction design schemes for clients and to help the team do the same. You should know how to foster a creative workspace, while overseeing and mentoring designers. You must have excellent communication and writing skills and also be a great team player.

    Responsibilities:

  • Digital Producer / Project Manager

    The Digital Producer will maintain, strengthen, and grow relationships with key clients through thorough management of medium to large projects, excellent and constant communication and exceptional planning and organization.     The Business Development Intern is someone passionate about the marketing industry, who is digital inside and out - and who aspires to build both business and relationships.  The Business Development Intern is a member of the Client Services team and must be able to work closely with the SVP of Client Services to deliver assistance on identifying new business opportunities and pitches. The BDI’s communication and organizational skills will come into play as they work with all team leads to deliver cohesive work. They must be able to professionally and effectively communicate with potential clients as well as internal co-workers including planners, producers, creative, engineers and web developers. They will need a can do attitude and the ability to think on their feet, as this is a fast-paced, ever-changing position.     Responsibilities:

    This role will require you to support and manage various tasks to help our Client Services and pitch team. The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

    • Assist in prep work that goes into new business pitches
    • Assist with the documentation of proposals, briefs and RFP responses
    • Assist the Business Development team by coordinating project and presentation details.

    • Research, gather and evaluate qualitative, quantitative and competitive data to identify the role of digital within the client’s business and deliver these insights in a compelling and digestible way.
    • Analyze digital performance with products, markets, audiences and channels.
    • Provide strategic insight and recommendations to internal teams.
    • Assist in preparing and conducting planning workshops and brainstorm sessions.
    • Support Business Development teams in creating RFP responses.
    • Actively seek and share knowledge of the latest media trends/events.
    • Participate in ideation sessions with creative and technology teams.
    Skills and Requirements:
    • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and applying secondary research.
    • Experience in analyzing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative research data/results.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills–augmented by strong presentation skills.
    • Extremely organized, detail oriented and capable of self-managing and multi tasking in a fast paced environment.
    • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Keynote.
    • Ability to think and act appropriately “on their feet.”
    • Strong analytical skills and creative problem solving abilities.
    • Ability to effectively operate with high energy, flexibility and a sense of humor in a constantly evolving business environment.

We’re not looking for those go-getters who will work relentlessly on any project to discover their design style and contribute to making something great. We’re looking for someone who makes those people look like noobs. We need a design intern who knows his or her style, understands digital, and has an opinion about how both should evolve. We want someone who doesn’t have to work all hours because he or she is good enough to get done early, but wants to stay anyway just to do better. We are looking for a design intern who wants to create, invent, collaborate, and keep his or her cool.
