Digitaria Builds Multiplatform Mobile App Using Revolutionary Single Design Workflow

Pre-release access to new Adobe AIR 3.0 technology fuels USA Network’s Psych Vision 2 Application across iOS and Android for Smartphones and Tablets

With pre-release access to the new Adobe AIR 3.0 runtime, digital marketing and technology company Digitaria is among the first interactive agencies to showcase the revolutionary platform technology, which allows a single universal build to run on multiple screens and mobile devices, including iOS and Android.

Digitaria used the AIR 3.0 technology to create the Psych Vision 2 application, an expanded sequel to last year’s popular interactive app for the hit USA Network comic mystery series PSYCH.

“Last season’s app was only available to iOS users and still required two builds,” said Michael Brown, vice president of media and entertainment for Digitaria. “A tool like AIR 3.0 is opening up new opportunities for marketers to reach a growing mobile audience across different devices and platforms with one investment in a universal application.”

Returning to his hometown of Minneapolis, Dan Khabie makes a breakfast presentation Thursday morning at AdFed MN, discussing his 14-year journey as founder and CEO of San Diego-based digital marketing and technology company Digitaria.

Khabie will highlight his Minnesota roots and how it influenced his personality and management style, as he chronicles Digitaria’s transformation from a boutique local creative agency to a digital marketing and technology company with global reach, acquired last year by the WPP network and aligned with the world’s best known advertising agency, JWT. The presentation “Agency Culture and the Evolution of a Digital Agency” is from 7:45 to 9:30 a.m. at International Market Square in Minneapolis.

Analytics experts from Digitaria’s San Diego and New York locations will be joining other industry leaders, analysts and vendors from companies like eBay, Nissan, Fidelity Investments, Expedia, MTV and more to review the latest in marketing optimization trends and techniques as part of Data Driven Business Week at the New York City Hilton Hotel on October 17–21. 

For the fourth year, Warren Raisch, Executive Vice President of Digitaria New York, will be representing Digitaria at eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit. He will be joined by Brian McGinty, Solutions Director for Strategy and Analytics, also out of New York and Mark Kegley, Senior Analyst and Web Analytics Evangelist out of the San Diego office. Digitaria will be exhibiting at the Data Driven Business Week event to an estimated 3,000 attendees for the joint events at a shared venue for the  eMetrics Summit, Predictive Analytics World, Conversion Conference, Text Analytics World, Internet Marketing Conference, and the Google Analytics Users Great Event.

Buttressing its place as San Diego’s largest marketing agency, even as it cements itself as a national force in the interactive communications industry, digital design, marketing and technology company Digitaria today announced five key hires across its increasingly vibrant analytics department and account teams.

Three new analysts join Digitaria’s analytics department, which continues to expand its reach in serving an increasingly wide array of sports, entertainment, technology and Fortune 100 clients.

Award-winning analyst Nicole Rawski joins Digitaria from Geary Interactive, San Diego’s second largest marketing firm. Ms. Rawski has extensive consumer packaged goods experience, and just last month was recognized as one of “Ten Hot Digital Marketers” by iMedia magazine -- which co-incidentally named Digitaria one of “25 West Coast Agencies to Watch” in July. COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Triathlon today announced the re-launch of its official website, usatriathlon.org, while unveiling a full range of user-based functionality designed to inform, educate and entertain the multisport audience. The site was developed in collaboration with Digitaria, a leading digital marketing and technology firm based in San Diego, Calif.

USA Triathlon’s new online community was designed to support the varied needs of the estimated 2.3 million unique individuals who participated in a triathlon last year, according to the Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association (SGMA), an increase in 55% over 2009. The multisport lifestyle has seen explosive growth, resulting in part from increased exposure leading up to its fourth Olympic appearance in London 2012.
